Challenges

The challenges raised on this platform are divided into two categories, public and organizational, and are published on the platform after receiving the necessary approvals. Approvals are in two stages, "Authenticity" and "Feedback", which are done through the votes of the people present in DAO, although it should be noted that the public polls have also a role (about 20%) in these reviews. In the authenticity stage, all matters related to the nature of the challenge are examined and a poll and survey will be placed, In the feedback stage, after the publication of the challenge, the final approval is issued with the votes of the people present in DAO and with the attention to public polls.
In the general category, challenges are received by the public globally. These challenges need to be authenticated, and this verification is done by presenting the necessary documents and certificates by the Proposer and checking by the people present in DAO, but organizational challenges do not need to go through confirmation of authenticity. In the feedback phase, both categories of challenges have a common and same process and after being presented in consensus are either rejected or approved for execution on the platform.
 

Several factors are involved in presenting a challenge: 

1- The subject of challenge and classification (each challenge must be classified based on different categories and groupings.)
2- The Proposer (the identity of the Proposer must be fully known and it is also clear if the Proposer is from institutions and organizations and is it an organizational challenge or sent through people and is a public presented challenge.)
3- The required funds (the amount required for each challenge in organizational challenges is determined based on its studies, and in the case of public challenges, the submitted documents of the Proposer declare the required amount, and the attached documents and proofs must confirm this amount to increase the chances of obtaining the certificate of authenticity and confirming the requested amounts based on credible documents in the investigations of DAO members.)
4- The guarantor/ sponsor (in the presentation, it should be clearly stated that the collected amounts of the challenge will be provided to the sponsor or the public challenge, which means, it is small and the collected amounts will be given directly to the beneficiary.)
5- The seriousness and urgency of the time of the summon and challenge (it must be declared whether it is urgent or not).
6- Executor or performer (In many challenges, the studies and final implementation of measures that lead to the solution of the declared challenge are very important, and the executor of these measures should be determined based on the studies conducted, and the necessary budget should be allocated to the executor based on the approved studies, Data and the progress of the work should be monitored.)
7- Studies (To solve many problems and crises, it is necessary to plan the issue correctly. The raised issue requires the collection and analysis of appropriate information and correct and effective conclusions for it, so the study and research documentation of each challenge must be presented in a complete and clear appendix to the challenge Instructions. How to present supplementary study plans is included in the white paper, and also in cases where the presentation of the topic is limited to an idea and information, the process of taking the necessary steps to convert it into studies that can be presented is also specified in this white paper.)
Also, there are specific and determined rules and procedures for registering challenges.
 

Rules of receiving challenges:

1- Each issue is based on the rules and regulations which is under the coverage of this platform.
2- Documents, approvals, and confirmations from outside the organization must be attached.
3- Being Guaranteed and sponsored or non-guaranteed? The sponsor need to be determined.
4- Determine the time urgency of the challenge.
5- In the challenges sent by the public, the topics must be presented based on the algorithm and standardized structure on the platform.
6- In organizational challenges or announcements of the platform itself, the presentation schedule/program is regulated by the platform standards.
7- The Proposer of the challenge will be rewarded. which, in case of approval and the provision of funds between 1.5% to 5% of the total mining token, will be mined extra for the Proposer.
8- The number of implementation phases, approved contractors, the monitoring implementation process, and the duration of the processes should be clearly announced in the challenges.
Note: In some cases, the cost of estimating challenges can be paid through "mining", "platform investment fund" or "DAO".

Types and methods of presenting and receiving challenges:

1- It is provided by the platform (has a guarantor/sponsor, DAO takes it directly to mining).
2- The public provides (it does not have a guarantor/sponsor, it is first approved by DAO and then it enters the process, or it has a guarantor/sponsor and the fee is transferred from the sponsor's payment portal to the center receiving the fee).
3- International organizations and charities provided (has a sponsor, DAO directly leads them to mining).
